These terms govern your use of redickaa.com and any order you place with us. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. About us
Redickaa Paper Co. is registered in Karnataka, India, at 14 Cubbon Lane, Shivajinagar, Bengaluru 560001. GSTIN available on request and printed on every invoice.
2. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not the order acknowledgement. If we cannot fulfil an order — a limited edition selling out between your click and our packing bench, for example — we will tell you promptly and refund in full.
3. Pricing
Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST where applicable. We try hard to be accurate; if an obvious pricing error occurs we will contact you before dispatch and you may confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Handmade variation
Everything we sell is made by hand from natural materials. Leather grain, cloth weave, marbling and paper shade vary between pieces, and hides carry the marks of the animal's life. This is a characteristic of the material, not a fault, and it is not grounds for return — though we will always discuss it if you are unhappy.
5. Personalised and bespoke work
Personalised pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun, and cannot be returned unless faulty. For bespoke commissions we supply a physical proof and require written approval before production; approval is final as to spelling, layout and finish.
6. Delivery and risk
Estimated delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Where a courier confirms delivery and the parcel is missing, we will investigate with them and, in practice, replace the order.
7. Returns
Your statutory rights are unaffected by anything here. Our returns policy is set out in full on the shipping and returns page and is more generous than the law requires.
8. Lifetime repair
We repair or rebind any Redickaa book free of charge for as long as we trade. This is a goodwill commitment, offered in good faith; it does not extend to deliberate damage, and it cannot survive the company itself.
9. Intellectual property
The Redickaa name, marks, product designs, photography and written content on this site belong to us. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission. Artwork you supply for bespoke work remains entirely yours; we use it only to make your order.
10. Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at volume, or use it for anything unlawful. We reserve the right to refuse service where we reasonably believe this is happening.
11. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have exclusive jurisdiction. Before anyone reaches a court, we would much rather you emailed studio@redickaa.com.
