Privacy policy
We collect as little as we can, keep it as briefly as we can, and sell it to nobody. This page explains exactly what that means, in plain language.

Who we are

What we collect
- Order information — name, delivery and billing address, email, telephone, and the contents of your order.
- Account information — if you create one: your email, a hashed password, saved addresses and monogram preferences.
- Correspondence — emails, chat messages and anything you send us about a repair or commission.
- Usage data — pages viewed and rough location, collected in aggregate to understand which parts of the site are useful.
We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment processor and the card data does not touch our servers.
Why we collect it
To fulfil your order, to answer your questions, to honour the lifetime repair promise, to meet Indian tax and accounting obligations, and — only with your consent — to send you the correspondence.
How long we keep it
Order records for eight years, as Indian tax law requires. Account data until you ask us to delete it. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Chat transcripts for one year. Analytics in aggregate, with identifiers removed after 90 days.
Who we share it with
Only the parties who make delivery possible: our courier, our payment processor, our email provider and our accountant. Each is bound by contract to use the data solely for that purpose. We have never sold customer data and we will not.
Cookies
Strictly necessary cookies keep your order in the bag between pages. Analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies at all.
Your rights
- Ask what we hold about you, and receive a copy.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to erase it, subject to our tax obligations.
- Withdraw marketing consent at any time — there is a one-click link in every letter.
- Object to processing, or ask for your data in a portable format.

Security
The site runs over TLS throughout. Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Access to order data is limited to the four people who need it to pack and support orders.
Children
Our shop is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy materially we will say so in the correspondence and date the change at the top of this page.
